The moving team appeared at my door wearing masks (which I really appreciate), and they were super polite. They moved a heavy treadmill into my basement in about five minutes without scratching anything (which I also really appreciate!). All good.

Ashley in the office was great. I had to move the date and she was very helpful, and almost happy to have the challenge.
The movers were on time and worked hard enough that they cut 4 hours off of the estimated time. Hopefully I won’t have to move again, but if I do I’ll call Two Men and a Truck.

I was very impressed with the movers from Two Men and a Truck. They treated my fragile items with respect and were very careful. Most of all I was pleased that they wore masks and were very concessions.

Thnk you for your feedback. We do offer packing tips and have those available electronically to send to customers if we know that they are in need of them. We can look into sending to every customer.

I really feel like the workers are over stressed. They seemed to be training one worker on the job (not very comforting to me as I watched him moving my expensive furniture). They were talking quite a bit about being behind schedule for their second move of the day. Second move?! That seems like too much for a team that spent over six hours on my move with some challenging pieces and spaces.

Thank you for your feedback Michael. We do hire and train new frontline staff in an in house "mock" house fully equipped with furniture, appliances and exercise equipment that would be found in a customer home. New hires learn to assemble and disassemble furniture, pad and stretchwrap and how to navigate stairways and tight spaces. Communication is a huge part of our training practice. Once a new hire passes all of the training requirements and is cleared to go to a customers home, communication is essential. Tea Leads will communicate to the newer teammate consistently so that his skills continue to develop and strenghten. In regard to a second job, most second jobs are very small in nature, only a few items and we try to have all of our frontline staff headed back to the office no later than 5:30 pm. Again, we do appreciate your feedback and we review every comment to see where we can improve upon our services and training.
