Did a great job

As usual DiQuinn (sp) and his team did a great job. They were on time, efficient, professional and always friendly and very responsive to my needs. My move has happened over several months and will probably continue for another 2 months. I know that whatever I need, whenever I need it, they will be there to do the job.

All arrangements were smooth and efficient, including timely response to my request for changes. The delivery was on time and efficient. The movers (Denzel and DiaQuan) were professional, polite, helpful, efficient, attentive to detail, very pleasant to interact with. They took great care of the pieces they moved, and they protected our floors and corners while moving the items.

We’ve used 2 men and a truck several times and have always been very happy with the result.

The moving team was the best. They were thoughtful, kind and made the move look easy and smooth. Moving always makes me nervous but it was a great experience.

The guy were very friendly and did everything I asked. However, My understanding was that they would put down something to minimize tracking in dirt, they didn’t do that. I have a large cream colored rug that they kept walking on and set some dirty items on. It will require cleaning. They did not check my adjustable bed frame to make certain that they work correctly. I paid someone to do it.

It was frustrating that my movers were sent with a smaller truck than was needed, and that they were only allotted 3.5 hours for our move. The estimate we signed was for 4-7 hours and we listed all the items we needed moved.

However, our movers were excellent and were able to get the most important items on the truck, even though it was smaller. Nothing was damaged. They did an excellent job.

We were very happy with our move. The team was kind, professional, and efficient!

The men were professional and very efficient. I really appreciated their help moving my furniture.
