I cannot come up with enough superlatives to describe my experience with Two Men and a Truck. We were able to load our own rental truck, but knew that we needed help unloading. I was pleasantly surprised to find that TMT offered this service. The office staff was professional and courteous. I had planned on checking in with them a couple of days ahead of the move, but they called me first! On the day of the move the movers called ahead, arrived on time, handled our items with great care, and were resourceful in figuring out how to get a long sofa around some difficult corners and barriers. They were so polite and accommodating. They made a stressful situation pleasant!

We were very satisfied with the service. The crew members were very professional and efficient with the moving the furnitures.
The price was also within the estimated plan.
Thanks, very much

Christopher and Corey were courteous and caring and FAST, efficient and smart and I would hire them again.
Kim got me a quote in an hour and all was explained up front and I was happy with the move. Lots of follow up and they were extremely accommodating. This is my 4th move in as many years and my second one with Ann Arbor Two Men and a Truck. I would recommend them.

Adam and Demetrius did a terrific job--they got right to it and never let up. They never tried to drag it out so that it took more time and cost more, something I had experienced with previous movers. They were polite but not chatty and took good care of everything--they were very professional and I was happy to give them a tip.

My crew, John, John, and Tim, did an excellent job. They were friendly, engaging and courteous. They took great care of my belongings, I’ve found no damage (so far) to my possessions. I’d definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck.

The guys were great! Very quick, polite and efficient.

Banister going upstairs was found damaged. All movers claimed innocent or unaware they damaged it.
Side of patio table is scrapped. They didn’t wrap it. That would have helped.
We liked the three guys overall. They were pleasant and cared about our stuff.

The guys were great. Very respectful and easy to work with. Moved items the way I wanted.

The two movers did a great job. However the people at the CAT truck weighing station in Ann Arbor, MI, seemed very unethical and unreasonable. Two Men and a Truck had to charge me extra because the CAT truck weighing station in Ann Arbor, MI, incorrectly said that the weight of my stuff went over 1500 pounds which, even the movers said, could not be true looking at how little I had. In fact, one of the movers from Two Men And A Truck was even kind enough to spend some time on the phone trying to reason with the CAT weighing station people that there was no reason to charge me extra and that the weight of my stuff was well below 1500 pounds. But they did not listen to him and kept arguing with him. Finally he had to charge me extra though he managed lower the extra cost a little bit.

We’ve contracted with Two Men and a Truck for our family with excellent results. With high expectations for the second move we were not disappointed even though we complicated the move due to a name change of a private drive. Everyone took this in stride for a successful move. A special thanks to Matt and Zack!
