We just want to thank the entire staff for our recent move from Michigan to Nashville. The office staff (Cheney, Mike, etc.) were amazing to work with and they were able to answer all of our questions. The moving team was great (Jimmy, etc.), all the items were moved without damage or any problems. The greatest care was taken with our items. The entire experience was excellent (attitude, price, timing). Thanks!

all went well, except the men tipped office cabinets and desk over to carry, making contents slide around and mix up. One drawer still hard to open.

The movers communicated well with me, were timely, worked fast yet carefully. I was very pleased with the move overall.

Matt and Stefan were a great team! They were friendly and professional and did a great job with the move. Moving in general can be stressful but there was no stress with this move. Everything went smoothly.

I was very delighted with the office staff. I had to change my moving date several times. Each time they were very courteous and polite , understanding and worked well with me. With no attitude. I greatly appreciated that. The moving staff was very impressive. Some of my items got a little bump or scratched. Which I'm very sad about. Although I understand my furniture was extremely heavy and big. I feel they did a impressive job. I just wish there was a way for the large heavy Furniture to be moved. In a manner where it would not be so heavy for the movers. Are there tools or equipment the movers could use? I know that when we're moving furniture There are going to be some scratches and bumps. Overall I feel they did an excellent job everyone did. Thank you so much Susan.
