Several of my items were damaged, the moving team Appeared to show very little remorse or concern. When damage was discovered pointed out to the moving team and documented it took over a months times to rectify the issues with management ( I am still waiting for reimbursement).
The move took extremely long, movers apologized and advised they were very new and had little to no experience (paid by the quarter hour...). I also assisted in moving many items myself along with a friend.
Furthermore, the company failed to provide the proper size truck and all of my belongings did not fit. Therefore, I had to divert my attention from the move and secure a trailer to move the rest of my property.
Overall, I would definitely not recommend this service to others. Very disappointed.

I have used Two Men and a Truck a couple of times now. Each time I have found the process of booking Two Men and a Truck easy and efficient. The office staff is straight to the point, knows their stuff and is very clear with expectations. The Movers always blow me away with their hard working attitude and ability to get the job done quickly while still protecting my stuff. All the Movers have always been friendly and easy to talk to even as they are piling heavy objects onto their backs and into their truck. I always know that I'm going to get a good team who knows what they are doing. I will be using Two Men and a Truck in the future for all my moving needs.

The movers did a wonderful job moving us into our new home. They had a great attitude and were very respectful, responsive and courteous. I did have one issue to provide feedback on - our toddler's crib didn't fit through the doorway of his bedroom, so one of the movers said he could remove the door to get it through. I wasn't able to supervise this and he told me that removing and rehanging the door went just fine. However, after the movers left, I discovered that the mover placed the door with the greasy hinges on our newly professionally cleaned, white carpet, leaving 2 areas with 3 distinct black grease marks that match up to where the hinges would have been placed on the floor. I wish he would have known not to lay them on the floor like that. Those stains cant really be removed
