Selena
I had very high hopes for two men and a truck. As the reviews were solid. Customer Service was very thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful. Unfortunately the moving experience was extremely stressful.and several of my most cherished and valuable pieces were dropped, broken, and mishandled. Both properties were damaged. They carried boxes and furniture upside down which wreaked havoc on its contents
Response
Thank you for taking the time for a review, Selena. We are sorry to hear that the move crew did not meet your expectations. We are aware that you have had discussions with the operations manager, Bryan, and he has been handling your issues. Thank you for working with him as we work to get you satisfied. We take all criticism serious as we strive to be the best moving company that we can be.

I was very pleased with Two Men and a Truck! The experience was beyond my expectations of what I expected from a moving company. The workers were courteous, worked non-stop during the entire time, and patient with any questions or concerns I had during the move. The office was also outstanding from start to finish, especially the phone call during the move to check on things & my satisfaction!
