Frederick Team Members

Bryan started with the Frederick franchise in January 2020. Since then, he moved up quickly within the franchise...mover/driver, lead, and now General Manager. He is very well respected by the movers and drivers. He likes to keep busy. Bryan and his fiancee, Amanda have 3 kids, 2 dogs, and a lizard. There is never a dull moment at his house.

Preston started with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in February. He is the Operations Manager for Hagerstown. He makes sure all the trucks are ready to go and handles the day-to-day with the movers/drivers. Preston has 2 daughters. One is in gymnastics and the other is in soccer. Loves the Baltimore Orioles and anything baseball. He coaches his nephew's Little League team as well. Welcome to the team, Preston!!

Jan has over 15 years of customer service experience. She has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK since August 2019, when the Hagerstown franchise opened. She enjoys talking to the customers and putting them at ease with the moving process. Jan also handles the business development and marketing for both locations-Hagerstown & Chambersburg. She attends many networking events in the area and makes sure everyone knows about TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, attending sporting events, and watching her favorite TV shows. Jan and her fiancé are diehard Baltimore fans, Go Orioles!! Go Ravens!!

Megan started with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in May 2021. She hit the ground running and has been a tremendous asset to the front office. She even laughs at owner Bobby's corny jokes. She likes the fast-paced environment and assisting the customers with the beginning stages of their moves. Her 3 kids keep her very busy, so when she does have spare time, she enjoys catching up on her favorite TV shows. Welcome to the Frederick team, Megan!!

Jesse Vance has been with the company since December 2019. He started as a mover and worked his way up to Move Manager. Jesse is a hard worker and lots of fun to have on staff. Jesse enjoys all Baltimore sports. Go O's! Go Ravens! His favorite band is Stone Temple Pilots. Jesse has completed over 200 moves during his time here. He is very knowledgeable on how to stack a truck, work efficiently, and provide excellent customer service.

Will started with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in June 2021. Right at the height of our busy season, Will had lots of on-the-job training. He's quickly moved up to a Lead Driver and is one of our go-to guys for any long-distance moves. Will just celebrated the 100 Moves Milestone!!

Chris was hired in November 2021. Before working on our team, he previously worked for another local moving company. Chris is now a trainer for our new employees. He just received his 100 Moves badge.

Jerome started with our franchise in April 2022. He's always upbeat and positive. Very hard working. When he's not working, he enjoys time with his 2 kids. He also details cars on the side. His favorite sports teams are the New York Jets and the Phoenix Suns.

Anaee started with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in May 2022. He's always cheerful and willing to work. He's originally from Northern VA. He's lived in this area for 5 years and is the oldest of 12 kids!! Anaee is also married with 3 kids. He's not really big into sports, but he roots for the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Cody was hired in June 2023. He's a hard worker and was recently promoted to driver. He has 3 dogs that keep him busy. he enjoys reading fantasy and crime/drama genres of books. He roots for the Washington Commanders but enjoys all of football season.

Cody joined TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in November. He is Will Spradlin's brother. He floats between the 2 franchises as needed. Cody has 2 kids, 2 dogs, and 9 cats...his house is busy. He enjoys outdoor activities...fishing, hunting, ATV, etc. He's a Philadelphia Eagles football fan and a Toronto Raptors basketball fan.

Doc is originally from Las Vegas. He moved to the East Coast recently. He worked at the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in Fredericksburg, VA and then transferred to our location. He's been with TMT for about 6 months. He likes to skateboard. He also has a small lawn care business, when he's not working here. He's a Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He was shocked how many people are passionate about the rivalry between the Steelers & Ravens in this area. Welcome to MD/PA Doc!!

Jordan is BACK!! After a break from us, he decided to come back. We welcomed him with open arms. His experience with our company was helpful, so he could just jump right in. Welcome Back Jordan!!

Frankie started in June at the Hagerstown location. Smack-dab during busy season. He had plenty of on-the-job training and adapted very quickly. He always has a big smile, and he's very happy to be working for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® and we are happy he works for us.

Ryan started with us in June 2024 and made it through our busy season. He is married with two kids. He enjoys carpentry work in his spare time. Currently, he is a VERY disappointed Kansas City Chiefs fan. No three-peat for him! He really enjoys working for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® and we appreciate him working for us.

Ethan started with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® at the very end of December 2025. He enjoys the work, and we can rely on him for anything that comes up. We appreciate his hard work!
