The movers were awesome, super nice and hard working. They were easy to work with and efficient as well. Than another two movers came to help out and where also friendly and helped the moving process along ! Over all I’m super pleased with the move and would recommend the movers to anyone ! Guys were very nice and easy to work with. They didn’t move as quickly as I thought they could have. Had a little trouble with setting up bed frame at new place. Maybe need some marking techniques or take pictures with a cell phone to help with re-assembly so it would be easier to get it back together. Overall positive experience.

Three movers came, I was told there would be four.
The truck was packed so poorly to the point that we had to repack and organize the truck so that my stuff wouldn’t fall. Boxes were crushed.
Bryan and one of the movers did come back out, but they stood at the back of the truck while my neighbors (women) repacked the truck. The guys there mostly discussed what SHOULD have been done correctly.

Hi Kelly, we would like to apologize for your experience with Two Men and a Truck. Once the phone call was received in the office Bryan took one of the movers Melvin back to the load to see what had gone wrong. Upon returning to the house there were three individuals inside the trailer restacking boxes. After Bryan accessed the situation he spoke to Melvin about how it was loaded and how it should have been done to make it a secure load. Bryan then assisted the gentlemen that was in the truck with moving the items into a (wall formation) so the load would be secure. Bryan along with Melvin then moved the mattress into place and started moving the furniture around the trailer to make the load secure. Bryan and Melvin continued loading other items into the trailer such as patio furniture, table, chairs, children's toys, garage items (workbench, toolboxes, coolers and shelving units. There was also a number of items still in the home that the customer asked to be put in the trailer since it had been re-worked. Upon finishing the load the trailer ramp was placed into the trailer and customer said thank you for making things right.

Overall was pleased, but they need to train their employees better on how to drive a truck.
