We were very pleased with the entire procedure from start to finish. The day they loaded our Penske rental truck it rained and the guys kept their pleasant sense of humor and were very amicable.

We requested 4 individuals to move our household goods with the expectation that hiring 4 individuals would speed up the process. I should have just requested 2 individuals since they would have completed the move in about the same time. The 4 person team took there time since they were being paid by the hour. Instead of moving multiple boxes with a dolly they moved one item at a time.

Hello Trish. We are sorry to hear that you was unhappy with your move crew. Our lead team Jesse is sad to hear that you felt that him and the crew was milking the clock to make more money. The high temperature that day reached 100 degrees so they apologize if they were not keeping up with your fast pace expectations. In between the drive to the unload you called the office to complain that they stopped for drinks for an hour but when we GPS the truck it showed that time as under a half hour that you was never charged for anyways. We strive for 100% referrals so we apologize we did not meet yours.

Excellent moving team, thorough and efficient! Office staff noted my items would be dropped off the next day, but ended up being same-day (no issue on my end but communication was faulty there).

The women who answered the phone was helpful right away. We needed movers the next week and that wasn’t a problem. I received an email estimate very quickly. The estimate was reasonable.
The day of the appointment the truck arrived on time. All 4 of the young men were polite and friendly. After I showed them where everything was they got to work immediately.

The team was very professional and courteous. They maintained a positive demeanor throughout the day, even with miserable heat and humidity and then a surprise rain storm. There was one minor wall ding which the team leader immediately noted and reported to the office for them to come out and patch. I also appreciated that the move was a flat rate so there were no last minute "surprise" charges.
