young man No experience They took plastic off a glass china that were securing glass doors They wrapped and Got it on truck without strap to lift it Then one came down and ask for an insurance signature At that time probably the glass was broken. and was the only piece they wrapped They walk from a garage to a 4 step up : China 2 pieces Mattress queen 1 small shelving 15x17x72" 1 speaker. [2 loves couches one full Sz mattress 2 bed spr.boxes child desk small table 1 chair 4 pieces belongs to a queen wood frame bed all of these things was left at sidewalk on my request )] They were polite Care for things that's why they wrapped china Carry things carefully but no experience supervisor did not help them nor reduce charges to customer knowing it was their fault

The initial move out was done smoothly and with EXCELLENT care. Tyler & James had respect for everything we owned. They made us feel comfortable and trusting from the start. The move into my new home was not so excellent. I was told that you usually don't get the same men when holding goods overnight in truck. To my surprise and relief, Tyler was part of the team! The other man, Shane, was not impressive. He did not read the labels on the boxes which left us with a lot of extra work. Boxes marked Fragile/DO NOT STACK were crushed by heavy crates. Shane did not ask where to put things, didn't read labels and almost caused some very expensive and irreplaceable damage. Unexpected damage from leak in truck, damaged items that can be replaced. Out - EXCELLENT In - good Tyler/James ROCK

while the men were there they worked hard but they didn't mark things properly in the boxes. they broke one of my lamps in transport and my computer which worked fine before the move when I turned it on I had to hire the Geek squad to fix it and they told me the ride damanged it also left a ramp in the bathroom which I had to retrieve myself today

Amazing experience!! Brett and Teddy were so professional, polite, worked quickly despite nasty weather, were accommodating and paid careful attention to detail. They worked hard, were personable and I enjoyed the experience! 10/10 would recommend!!!

Excellent experience. Booking the move was easy, and the staff dealt graciously with my changing the arrival time twice. Communication on moving day was thorough - got a call an hour ahead of arrival. Team arrived early, worked very efficiently and carefully, had a great attitude and made what is always a stressful day quite enjoyable. This was my third move with Two Men and a Truck, and I am a huge fan.

I had used TM&T to move my home over the summer, had a great experience, thought having them move my business would be the same. I was incorrect! It was evident the Movers were not familiar with moving in an office setting. Many pieces of furniture were damaged in the move. Only 1 person knew how to reassemble the furniture. It took the moving team which consisted of 4-7 men at one time over 22 hours to complete a move that was quoted only 11-13 hours. The moving team barely used the stairs to move anything and waiting for one elevator to move anything to the 2nd floor office. The job was not even fully completed, as 3 pieces of office furniture weren't even assembled. After complaining to the manager, he had the nerve to tell me he thought the job was completed! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

From start to finish the entire process was super easy! The movers were very efficient and wonderful!

The two movers were great. It was absolutely pouring the day we moved and they wrapped every piece of furniture. Nothing got wet.

Professional, efficient, and courteous. I would use Two Men and a Truck again in the future and recommend to anyone looking to hire movers in the area. Very fair pricing, no hidden or surprise fees.
