The moving team (Drew, Jeremy and Matt) were great. Very efficient, polite and careful. We could not move our antique Armoire which was a bummer but they tried every which way possible. Would highly recommend them to others making a move be it OTR or interstate. Thanks

Our frontline staff are very well trained in moving heavy items in and out of tight spaces but there are times it just isn't safe either for the piece itself or our crew to get something moved without damage or injury. A move that should have taken 4-5 hours took 8 hours. In my opinion the movers (corporate policy) realized the move would not be an all day or longer move so they extended the time it took to complete the work. Excessive wrapping with plastic wrap and breakdown of the tables which was unnecessary based on the amount of furniture and the size of the truck. Nuts, bolts and other furniture related hardware we put in plastic wrap which resulted in the lose of shelving pegs for our credenza. I called the local mover and no one even bothered to return my call let alone return the shelving pegs. We had no issues with the two men that completed the job because they were following instructions from the local Franchisee.

Unhappy that we were charged the top end of our estimate even though they moved a lot less stuff than what was expected. One guy was moving heavy objects alone and if they had both moved the pieces together there would have been less chance for damage. One piece was completely ruined and they blamed it on the piece.Since I saw the way they were moving things, I'm not surprised that the item got damaged. It was completely unusable. When they were leaving the first location to go to new office I informed them that there was someone else at the other location waiting and that I would also be going over. I left our office about 20 minutes after they did and they hadn't started unpacking the truck.They were just sitting in the truck.The job could have been finished quicker. They were nice guys

I was happy with the move and the movers and very helpful. Except one mishap when they scratched and tinged my 2019 suv. Didnt put a claim in didnt want to get the movers in trouble.
