The three gentleman who helped assist with a resident move last Saturday were AMAZING!!!! They even called me on my cell 30 min before my office opened to let me know they were en route. They were so polite, professional, and quick. Best team I've met so far from TMAT ! Please make sure you share this review with them :)

I think most things were ok. They somehow removed the backing for one of our dressers and did not put it back on so it was damaged. Also they removed the backs on the recliner couch and love seat which was fine, but they switched them when they put them back on so they are not fitting like they should. We have tried to take them off to fix them but they are just too heavy for us to handle. We are in our 70s so we aren't as strong as we use to be. The guys were very nice and friendly. We would greatly appreciate any help you could give us to correct these problems. MH

The move team made every effort to accommodate our needs, including last minute changes in items that needed moving. Despite increasing the workload, no one complained or made us feel like we were being overly demanding, which created a pleasant working atmosphere. I can't say enough good things about our move crew members. All three worked tirelessly to complete the move, maintained a positive attitude and made us feel like we were getting the best possible service (which we did!).

The home office kept us well informed on the schedule, arrival times, process flow, etc. Each representative we spoke with was courteous and knowledgeable.

The movers were very patient with me as I am older. They wanted to make sure I was happy where the furniture was placed. They were great!

From my initial phone call to set up my move through the move and even the follow up call was professional and courteous. The office staff I spoke with was great. The movers were fantastic. The guys were so nice, cared about my items, did quick work and even moved my furniture into a second location when I found the first spot was too small for my large item. I am very satisfied and will use you again in the future. Thank you!!
