The guys called and let me know that they were finished with their prior job and could come to my move early if I was available. I was, and they were at the storage facility exactly when they said they would be. We were loaded within 15 minutes and on our way to the house. They were really nice, polite, hard working men who worked well together, and took good care of all our possessions. You should be proud of the guys in this crew. They represent your company well!!!

I am CEO of a non profit. 2Men and a Truck donated their crew and truck to pick up a donated piano for us and move furniture in our facility. We got a picture of the crew as well as the truck and thanked the franchise on our Facebook page that gets lots of hits. What a great experience.

The office staff did the estimate over the phone, but they didn’t list everything I said on the estimate. Therefore, our actual price/timeline and estimate were WAY off. Also, the men broke a leg off of an antique dresser that has been in my family for over 85 years as well as the leg of a nightstand. I received an apology but no restitution. The men were very friendly, but a bit careless with our belongings.

I needed "Two Men And A Truck" on a moments notice and you provided that service without question or hesitation. I had to be out of my townhome by a set date and I knew I could not do it all on my own even though I tried. So With time running out and only hours left... I called and you were there right on the mark as promised. I actually got three men which made it go faster. I used another company to do the big stuff and it turned out to be a mess, they damaged my big office desk in two places that can't be repaired, one had an attitude the worse part was they were recommended by the realtor. From now on when I need a good honest company to move me I will stay with "Two Men And A Truck"

A great experience again. Our movers Avery and Nunez did a fantastic job one more time for us. Very positive attitude and most importantly careful with our belongings. I highly recommend!

Did not understand why movers were on location at Magnolia Springs early and then I had to wait till 5 before another truck showed up. Looks like Two Men and a Truck would be better at scheduling.

Movers, while they had positive attitudes, completely destroyed my furniture as well as my house. Damage estimated at over $2500. Will be seeking complete financial compensation or will pursue legally. After the move, have yet to be contacted to schedule repairs. Very disappointed.

The move went well overall. Apparently we needed a couple more guys and another truck, some information from the beginning was misunderstood and since no one comes to view the items being moved before hand I believe that was part of the issue. It took longer and required two trips. Only issue I had was they could’ve packed and stack items a little better and probably had everything or almost everything in one trip. We showed them what all
Was going before anyone started and the larger items like filing cabinets were not loaded and then would fit. I would think load hose items first and stack boxes on top?! There was so much space above left open?! I feel strongly that this resulted in he delay and the need for two trips.
