About move, late =traffic wreck. Movers did great job. I had big items to move. Advised my shelf would be 100 extra because size it over 300. Once I pulled shelves off dropping weight by about 70 lbs they moved it no problem. Only complaint I had was travel time. It was fixed with only 1 email . That was great. Suggestion fix- travel time line _____ then actual work time ______ = total _______. This will save any mess up for bad traffic and consumer will see plain english, I was over charged by 30 min. 1.25 hrs for tavel of 13 miles rd trip. It was fixed. And second thing is. Let costomer know travel time charge upfront mine was 45 min. and anything over 300 lbs will require additional charge, are you ok with this? Boom everything upfront. I called a week before my move. I was pleasantly surprised that there was availability at an affordable price. The movers were great. Took good care of my items, moved very fast, and were courteous and polite. Very nice guys. Overall, a great experience during a stressful time.

All 3 gentlemen were thorough and effiencent . Wish they could have put my bunk bed back together. The guys were friendly and I will probably not move again I would recommend to friends and family

Polite young men. Careful and respectful of me and my furniture. I had no other options or family to help me move my things. I was most pleased with their service.

My husband asked them not to take the metal frame apart on our bed to move it but they did anyway. After they left we had to take the bed apart and adjust the middle leg because it no longer touched the floor and therefore no support. This could have been avoided had they done what was asked but they supposedly knew better and ignored my husband's request. This caused a lot of inconvenience for us. Also, a grandfather clock should always be carried upright because of the configuration of the chimes. The boys carried it on it's side like a coffin which also caused the chimes to be out of sync. They were inexperienced in that area. Brut strength is good but wisdom is more profitable. That is why we consider them as good but not excellent.

The men were very professional and polite. kept us informed of what they were doing and why.

HOPE Ministries is a non-profit that moves all of our clothing to the school so we can invite our client families to come and shop. We were ready to move and our scheduled mover texted to say he was hurt on another job and could not help us. We called Two Men and A Truck and they were more than willing to come the next morning and complete the task. They were courteous, helpful, efficient and did a great job. WE ARE SO GRATEFUL FOR THEIR HEROIC RESCUE OF OUR EVENT TO HELP FAMILIES IN NEED. Thank you!!!

The 3 men that came to move me were amazing!!! Avery, Nunez and Glen were all very personable, professional and went above and beyond my expectations for the move. They worked non-stop despite the heat and number of trips they made from the basement to the truck. They were all polite and extremely helpful to me. Couldn't have asked for a better team to get me moved, they were awesome!!!!
