Very happy with the team of movers you sent to our house. Ray and his team worked very well together and took exceptional care not to damage the house or our furniture.

I think you charge too much per hour. I paid $1000 for a move and I still had to borrow two pickup trucks to finish the move because your fee was too much. It took me an additional two days to complete. Your office staff quotes on the phone did not match what the actual bill was. When I questioned the quote it was stated that it was an estimate and would not be that much.

Rayna, we are sorry that your move did not go as planned. According to our system, your total the day of your move was within your estimated cost from our office. We feel our prices are competitive with other moving companies. Please note that our hourly rate includes taxes, fees, travel charges, and complimentary pad and wrap of your items. The only additional charge would be for our protection plan. Otherwise, we have no hidden fees on the day of the move. Dwayne McClintock, Chris Barbara and Andrea Dean were exceptional! They arrived early and were so happy to help us with our complicated move. I would highly recommend your company and especially this team. Please make sure you recognize their efforts. As a retired System CNO I know how hard it is to hire great talent. These three are tops and you need to make sure they stay with your company.

The men came on time, giving me a phone call prior to arrival. They were courteous, friendly, & didn’t waste time as they worked diligently. They also finished the job 2 hours prior to estimated time , which really pleased me. Most importantly they were very careful with my items & there were no damages whatsoever. I will recommend them to my friends.

The moving team of 2 young men, where not effective with their time. They didn’t know how to or even where to park the truck. I feel like they took their time moving me so they would be inside the quote. Maybe they are trained that way?
