The team we had (William Queen and Jacoby) are rock stars. They explained the process from start to finish. They surveyed our needs, wrapped every piece of furniture as if it was their own. They took time to explain the liability issues and handled every little detail. When I say these guys hustle, that’s not giving them credit! They literally ran from the truck to pick up the next item.

I honestly regret not taking this survey because forgot to take it with everything going on in my life. I forgot the names of the two gentlemen who were sent to help me with this they were very nice , professional and got the job done . I wish I remembered their names one was African American , and the other one was a white Man both very tall , both very hard working Men.

Excellent experience. This was my third time using 2 Men and a truck. Even though the move took a bit longer than the move before (perhaps I have more items to move?) it was excellent. Movers were professional and polite.

Tajay and Ray were awesome! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Worked quickly and carefully. I only had a few items I thought I needed help w but ended up needing more. They knew I had to pay for a 2 hour minimum and they didn’t try to rush out. They helped me the full two hours! Thanks guys!!!

Movers didn’t seem to have much experience . They handed lamps to my boyfriend to have him bring thThey did not take the sheets off first. Didn’t set up second bedroom. Didn’t hook my Tempur-pedic bed back up to the outlet. I called the office left a message about the problem. They didn’t get back to me. I called them again about the problem.They said they would get back, but never did.
