I was very pleased with everyone I talked to on the phone and the men who moved me! I would use Two Men and a Truck again and I would recommend them to others!!

I was not given the correct info regarding my move including prices, time frames, and storage costs. I will never use Two Men and A Truck again after using successfully for 10 years. I have always had great experiences with them until now. I was lied to from the start of our last move. If I were you I would hire an entirely new staff for the Louisville area because they are terrible and will never be used by me or anyone I know ever again. I hate moving but would rather do it myself than hire you guys ever again. They also neglected to move some things that I specifically requested be moved. I was also charged far too much for the services I received. I plan to seek further legal action so that I nor anyone else is duped by Two Men and A Truck ever again.

Seems to me both crews were not trained enough on handling heavy pieces. Both crews, one member needed gloves to handle heavy plate glass table top, I lent them a pair on last crew. Reminded the last crew that I had hardwood floors refinished and they still mishandled a heavy piece and scratched surface of my new floor. Personally I liked both crews, very nice guys, but they needed better training , use of equipment and better oversight on your part. thanks Tom
