Our moving team were great . Respectful and careful with our items. However, we did have one major accident. A table was broken. The moving team were very apologetic and I understand it was an accident. My only complaint is that the office staff took too long to address our complaint and I had to make numerous phone calls to finally get the table addressed. As you say on your web site moving is stressful and the last thing customers want is to go through a hassle in getting their complaint handled on a timely basis. In the end CJ did take care of the matter for us and we were happy with the outcome. If you all improve this aspect of your business you will get a perfect score from us. The name of the game is a hassle free move from start to finish. This will ensure repeat customers.

Will, Michael and Warren were an amazing team. They worked so hard, were very careful and respectful of all of our belongings. I would recommend them as a team to anyone!

We have items that are not put back together in our office. We had to cancel the days worth appointments due to this. I have called 3 times and each time I was told they would call me back.

My experience with two men and a truck was very pleasant from the beginning. The lady in the office was easy to talk with and made everything easy. The two guys who did the moving were very efficient and took care with all of my belongings. I would ask for them again.
