Need to make sure all office employees are properly trained.

Seth, one of the onsite movers, really took care of everything for me as I was in FL when the move took place. He was a lifesaver!

Your moving team was world class. They were on time, efficient, took great care with my belongings, were pleasant to talk to, clean professional apprearance. I will definitely use the moving service the next time I move.

The one criticism I have is with the packing team. The boxes were rather poorly packed and the packers left many items unpacked so we had to scramble to pack them ourselves.

Joe and Kevin were great. Very polite followed our requests to the letter. Worked hard and got our move done in three hours and saved us money. Pamela at the office explained everything to us, verified our move the day before and followed up with a phone call to ensure we were happy with the service.

Service was excellent - Brandon and Zach were very personable and professional. They worked hard and efficiently. They showed respect for my belongings and the residences where they worked. They made the moving experience very positive.

Did our storage room (very small) did a terrible job. We had everything marked as to where it went and our most important totes went into that room. I had to go in and redo everything so I could find my stuff. I am 67 and didn’t plan on having to do all that. Everything was clearly marked. Moving guys accidentally took a glass piece back with them. Customer service and response time to fix the problem were unbelievable. I’m completely satisfied bc of the customer service even with the mistake. Great job.
