The office apparently did not have the quote right and the movers were surprised by what they had to move.

One mover was awesome and very quick and knew what he was doing. The other was very slow and seemed to hold up the other guy. I had the same amount of stuff to move, the first group, last year, had to move up the stairs and it took 1 hour. This group it took 4 hours and they were going down.

Thomas and Austin were careful and courteous. I really appreciated them and their efforts for my interstate move.
