Everything went well and as expected. Movers were friendly and helpful.

2 Men helped me out in a pinch. I was very satisfied and happy. The only drawback was the cost. They explained beforehand how much it would be but as I said, I was in a time crunch.

Great team, energetic and respectful of our items. Listened to instructions and was very efficient with their time. We truly enjoyed having their service!

Overall I was happy with the work performed by your company. However I would recommend that in the future (as in the previous move), your personnel use lifting straps for heavy furniture. They had a lot of difficulty in moving my sleeper/sofa, and in doing so broke a light switch at the bottom of the stairs that I had to replace. The previous two men and a truck zipped the same item up the stairs without any problems.

Movers were efficient, productive, communicated effectively and thoroughly, will mannered, considerate and helpful.

The team that handled my move was incredible. They were kind, courteous, and efficient. They knew what they were doing, and they knew the best way to get it done. If any of the individuals on my team ever needed a letter of recommendation, I would provide it wholeheartedly. The office staff handled the booking and follow-up in the same manner.
