Movers took excellent care of my goods. My contract stated 6 men and 2 trucks. You only sent 4 workers which led to a 10 hr cross town move. That was my dissatisfaction with the move.

As much as we try to give an accurate estimate of time and people, there are days that we get a couple call ins due to sickness or family emergencies. Your final price should have reflected a different hourly rate and been close to the estimated final price. We do apologize for the long day.
