The movers showed up and I was concerned that it would take a long time because there were only two guys. Not the case, they had all my stuff loaded in an hour including some incredibly heavy pieces. I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency.

The guys did a great job and were super nice to my parents. I was very impressed they got all of my furniture up all the flights of stairs. My boyfriend had a bad experience with 2 men and a truck so I was worried and called ahead to make sure I didn't get the same guys. BTW they left a dolly at my front door.

I was extremely pleased with the crew that made my move so much easier. They were professional, prompt, courteous, honest, cheerful, and worked very hard to get the move accomplished in a shorter time than I was expecting. I appreciate the time taken to explain what was involved with the move and the billing. I felt the on-phone estimate of what was going to be moved (furniture, boxes, etc.) worked well. I have already told family members about what a great job Two Men and a Truck did for our move. Thank you!

The movers were great. They could not get my sofa out of the basement. I wish I had known that ahead of time. I did inform via email that I had a sofa sleeper in the basement. Never was it suggested that there might be difficulty moving it out or that I should take any measurements of the furniture or the stairwell. This would have saved me some expense.

I have used two men and a truck two other times prior to this move and they were excellent, however this time was completely different. While explaining to the movers where everything was suppose to go, the guy just stood there staring at me. I asked him if he understood what I just said or did he need to write it down. He said he understood. Well, to make a long story short. Many of my personal belongings that I needed right away ended up in a storage room packed in the way back that I ended up having to go redue myself and the service was horrible.
