Movers fought cursing each other out, made it all very award. No one ever called back for conformation on the wrong time and address. China plate broken due to poor attitude, with no apologies. Great Bull”. I also called to complain, still waiting on a call back.

Quite a few things broken and they did not take responsibility for the things they packed and placed into storage facility. A lot of issues with billing!

The movers loaded 1/3 of my stuff then claimed to find "a bug" on something that had moved into the hallway. There were zero bugs inside of apartment. They then found what they claimed was "pot". It was CATNIP. They had said they wouldn't do the move, unloaded the truck, and blocked my disabled husband into his chair with the furniture. This was all demanded by the last supervisor that came onsite. They spent 3.5 hours discussing whether they were going to do the move. This cancel left us in a real bind which we incurred additional property mgmt costs. They could have at least moved the 1/3 of the stuff that was on the truck. It was the heaviest we had. Will never use again nor recommend.

I was sexually harassed by their driver. Their driver took alcohol from my garage refrigerator and. Drank it. They drank a 24 pack of drinks. Broke multiple things. Destroyed property. Throw items away that they broke and didn’t tell me until I saw in dumpster. It took 8 hrs to move a 2 bedroom house. With 3 men . Charged me 1700. 00 we did all the work.

The first crew didn't care about my belongings and damaged a lot of expensive furniture but this second crew was excellent on all aspects. They were friendly and of great spirit. Always joking around but productive. I would definitely recommend this crew to anyone .thank for their help.

I had the movers move furniture only. I had already disassembled beds and cribs so they didn’t have to do it. Point b (our new house) was only a block away. After they pulled away from point A, I realized they forgot several things. When I got to the new house I told them and one guy said they were almost to the time limit. Another guy chimed in and said NO, we will go back because I’m so unhappy with how we’ve done on this move. They did go back and get my bed, but left everything else that they missed. There was a picture frame left on the floor at the old house with the glass shattered. Several gouges in the wall at the new house. The book shelf was damaged. I had used this company before and had no issues, but this move was not good.

During the move the movers broke a window in our sons home. A damage report was filed by the movers, however to date the window has not been repaired or replaced. I have contacted Evan and Scott in two men and a truck claims department and have been told someone from NU windows would contact us to make repairs. We have not been contacted it’s been over three weeks since our move on July 2nd. This is unacceptable customer service.

Hired based on having used service before, however, all movers are not created equal! Moved into a condo exactly 20 yards from current condo (so no truck involved), and it took this team 1.5 hours longer to move the same stuff this company moved a year ago with travel time! I now have a broken dresser, broken office desk, and damaged paint and drywall. Day 4 after move; still haven't heard a peep from customer care after multiple phone calls and e-mails.

The movers, except for one, were very unprofessional. They were careless with my property. Frequently dropping boxes off carts, or just dropping out of their hands. They did not wrap my mattresses, or several other pieces of furniture. They broke things without care. They basically came in & dropped stuff at my new home. They were lazy & stood around alot, trying to extend my quoted time. Kept telling me that I had more stuff and I had narrow hallways, and all of this was my fault that it would take them longer. I actually had less pieces of furniture then when someone came out to give me a quote. They were rude to me. They kept saying that they could just leave and not finish. They could just put all my stuff in the garage. Kendall was the polite, professional person that day.
