The piece of furniture moved was damaged during the preparation process. Your company was very fair in compensating us for those damages. The 3 gentlemen who moved it were very honest and explained what happened.

The head crewman was excellent. My only complaint was that one of the movers tracked mud up my entire staircase and I had to pay to have the carpet cleaners to come out and clean it.

I was pleased with the movers and they did an excellent job and showed professionalism, however, a few of my belongings were chipped and broken during the move. The movers let me know that the product would be taken into consideration and I was compensated but not for what my items were worth

The two men worked hard loading and unloading the truck. Based on previous experience you should of had 3 people. One important item to move was left behind. I was told the dispatcher would phone me on Saturday. It’s Tuesday no call yet.

Overall the experience was good. However, our 60” Samsung TV was damaged by the movers. This was a perfectly operating plasma tv that we are being compensated $120 for. This is ridiculous considering an inexpensive replacement can not be purchased with that amount.

The good: The guys moved FAST - one was running. They were super friendly and I liked the way they wrapped the furniture and padded doorways, etc. They got done in under the quoted time, saving me money. I was very impressed.
The bad: One bookcase that was moved, the mover removed the pegs that held the shelves in place and placed the shelves at the bottom of the bookcase, which made sense. The pegs were not with the bookcase and were never given to me. I had to replace them all. One item was damaged in the move and they didn't tell me about it. I found out later when I had to move it away from the wall to access a plug and I discovered the bottom board was busted loose. I was able to hammer it back together later.
Overall very satisfied.

they did move my computer for work and it was cracked when I went to set it up. other then that all was good

Everything was good from the move out from our house in Indiana to our home in Blacklick. We did however have a piece that was forgotten. There were two pieces of furniture that were on the truck that didn’t belong to us. Inventory of property should be better. On a scale of 1 to 10. I would say an 8.

Chris was our team lead of 4 men and 2 trucks. He explained when he team was on the clock and off. They did cause some damage due to an oversized furniture item. They were forthcoming and offered options to get the damage repaired. The whole team was friendly and polite. The only issue we had is that there are some crates and boxes without lids that the team would not move on the truck. That was not explained during the process. Other than that, the move went smoothly and the team took good care of our stuff.
