They were 2 1/2 hours late and then charged me 15min “extra time” for truck cleaning up which he did on MY watch so I was charged double. Not happy

Natalie, our apologies for your experience during your recent move! Our arrival times for moves that occur after another customer are given as an "arrive after time", based on how long the first move is expected to take. After each move all moving pads, dollys, straps and other moving items must be packed up and made ready for the next move. The office staff was friendly and professional, but too vague on pricing. I expected the movers to be somewhat later than the set arrival time because they had a move before me, but not 3 hrs late. Aside from that, I watched them stack my belongings on dolly bed in a nonsensical kind of way, and then when things fell on the ground they laughed. Vaping in front of us when signing closing the move.

Regarding the pricing, our standard of excellence is to perform an on-site estimate for your home to provide accurate pricing and give you a clear outline of how your estimate is built. Your movers clearly acted in an unprofessional manner. We will be taking proper disciplinary actions and requiring further training for those movers to prevent this from happening again. The moving crew did a nice job with loading/unloading the truck, but unfortunately, the space needed was underestimated, requiring additional trips by the customer. Two items were damaged, but everything else survived the trip.
