The two young men who assisted with my move were extremely hard working- once they arrived they kept moving until everything was loaded. It was great having the same team for the entire move.

Cody showed up on time with 3 other men. One man was training for a driver position. They all were friendly, polite, and worked cooperatively and fast. I was very pleased with their efficiency and the timing. They treated every piece of furniture with care and also the doorways and corners. I have used this company before, would again, and highly recommend them to others.

The three men, Marcus, Victor, and Eric arrived, introduced themselves and immediately went to work. They handled our items with a lot of TLC. This is our second experience with your company, and we were very pleased both times!

Michele
We received our items intact on the scheduled day, but I was disappointed that each department had opposing information regarding my move. Whether it was the payment method or the timeline for the movers to retrieve my stuff from storage and deliver it, everyone had a different answer and didn't meet the expectations I was told. The price is also extremely high, with many add-ons.
Response
Michelle, thank you for your feedback. We're glad your items arrived safely, but we apologize for the inconsistent communication and confusion throughout your move. We appreciate your feedback regarding our pricing and will use it to help improve the customer experience.
