The three men that showed up were fantastic. They were all very polite and very friendly. We didnandacirc;??t have much to move, but they were done within an hour. They definitely exceeded expectations.

<div>We appreciated you following up and being very thorough with the size on the dresser you were moving. That made the job so much easier because of the communication you had with us. 5 stars to you all as well for being great customers.</div>

The only unfortunate thing with my move was the moving team without the proper tools to move my commercial size refridgerator. They did not have a dolly or a cart to move the fridge. They had to borrow one from my work which I was not happy about. I had explained to the staff when I called in for the move that is was large and would need a cart or a dolly. They even googled it to get the size and weight.

<div>We appreciated you supplying us with that information and model number and assigned the additional 3rd man to the job to make sure it was done safely. We don&#39;t always like to use dollies or carts because they can scratch flooring, but we appreciate you having one on sight for use. Thank you for being a awesome customer!</div>
