I want to Thank All 3 movers, unfortunately I didn't get their names. However, they were all very nice and attentive and respectful of my belongs. I also would like to acknowledge the customer service team Patrick, and I believe the other gentleman was named Bill... they were very kind & understamding with me having to play telephone tag.

My first contact was with Paul. He was thorough, answered all my questions and friendly! The moving crew arrived when they said they would; the crew chief, Ray, explained the process and showed his crew what needed to be moved. D’Angelo, Chris, and Gio were fast but careful, they wrapped all the large pieces of furniture. They were an excellent crew, made this move painless.

The movers broke my 75" tv and scratched/dented my 6mo old kitchen refrigerator. Just paid $3,000 for the fridge in March. The tv was $3,000 12 months ago and now I hear the coverage is .30c a pound which would be like $20 terrible!!

Excellent moving experience starting with Patrick in the office and continuing with Ray and his moving team. A special shout out to Ray and the moving team! They arrived on time and Ray, who is an excellent communicator, offered many valuable suggestions that made this task of moving from a 1-bedroom to a studio apartment a success.

The men were on time and went to work right away. They were very careful. They were will to put things where we want and move them over if need. They were nice to work with and we had a great experience.

I had a good experience with Two men & a truck. The office staff was cordial & helpful. The movers were courteous & prompt. They did a very good job moving some big items from the 3rd floor.
