Super kind team of office personnel and movers. My experience was wonderful and stress free aside from the cost. I had one large item (upright piano) to be moved within the same neighborhood. While upfront on cost, it was very expensive-over $600 for 30 min or labor.

My moving team was exceptional. The scheduling experience I found redundant and annoying - calls were never answered and when called back I would need to repeat myself again. Text and email communications were unclear and sometimes contradictory- which wound mean I’d need to pick up the phone and call - only to start the cycle again.
