Overall, the movers were very courteous, professional and helpful. Aside from one broken window panel in our hutch, which they were very regretful for and took to be replaced, they did an excellent job.

I am very happy with the movers that moved my piano, they were concerned about meeting my move expectations, timing and of course the piano. Thank you.

I moved on Monday the 21st & it poured rain. Your guys went out of their way to make sure everything was kept dry. They were good natured about it & got me to my destination in great time. I will request them both when I move again. Thanks for a job well done!

My crew, Brian, Andre, and Chris were at all times respectful, courteous, professional. If they saw a possible problem, they notified me first and we came up with a solution together. As you got to know them and they got to know you they were also pretty funny. Would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck North Aurora office to anyone and will definitely use them in the future.

My move was a fiasco from the shoddy estimate (way too low) to the packing to the move. I don’t even know where to begin - the estimator did not properly inspect my home or perhaps he would have gave a better estimate. He was in a hurry. The packers did not pack ALL the things they should have and left the movers with too many loose items they had to find space for. The movers left items at my home that I later had to retrieve - lamp, clothes steamer, shelves to my bedroom set, garage items (hangers, jumper cables, stool), blanket, bathroom stool - so many things that I completely filled my large SUV. What’s upsetting is that I walked the final step with the “supervisor” and pointed out what they still needed to load on the truck - and they still forgot. Totally unacceptable.

I knew my move would not take the required three hour minimum, but due to my circumstances, I had to hire a moving company. I was pleased that although my move only took two hours, the movers stayed to assemble my furniture. They went above and beyond, and I would recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone who is moving.

I recently relocated my mother to a retirement community out of state. The team (Rocky, Vinnie, and Eric) was professional, kind, and efficient. Couldn't have asked for a better move. Thanks!
