Our employee of the month for August is Logan! He brings great energy to every shift and approaches each day with eagerness and optimism. His strong work ethic and positive attitude make him a valuable part of our team, and we’re grateful for his consistent dedication.

I started out with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK as a Mover, then was quickly promoted to Driver. After Driving for about a year I moved into sales to fill our Onsite Estimate position, then transitioned over to Logistic, then Hiring and Training. Every job is going to have its good days and its bad days, but one of the things I like most about this job is that it doesn't feel like work most of the time. Meeting new people and teaching them tips and tricks and making them better movers is very rewarding. In my free time, I like to golf, play shuffleboard, bowl, and play softball.

Nicki began working at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in 2010. She manages our accounting department and ensures the office runs smoothly and efficiently. When not working, you can find Nicki spending time with her husband, three kids, and two pups - most likely, at one of the kids’ sporting events.

Holly is one of the nicest people you could ever work with. She is constantly looking for ways to brighten other people’s day, and she always make the best baked goods when we have pot lucks. When holly is not working, she really enjoys taking her dogs on long hikes, exploring new places, and she loves to travel. Her favorite place she has ever traveled to is Iceland!

Kevin Smith started as a mover and worked his way up to general manager. He is an excellent leader and really inspires those around him to work hard and give 110%. When Kevin is not working, he enjoys watching sports and trying new restaurants.

Valerie began her career with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in 2010 as a Customer Service Representative. She loves the office's collaborative workplace and has fun working as part of a team. Valerie spends her time off outdoors with her best friend, her corgi, Chico.

Meet Cathleen, or as we affectionately call her, Cat! She joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK family in 2013 and has been using her marketing superpowers to help manage both St. Louis and Chicago locations. After graduating from Baylor University, Cat lived in Chicago before settling down in St. Louis. And even though she used to be a Cubs fan, she's now proudly cheering on the Cardinals!

Joel began his TWO MEN AND A TRUCK career many years ago in Lansing, Michigan. He soon accepted a job in the St. Louis office. He was homesick, but he stuck it out. In 2008 he opened the Chicago location. Today he is a multi-unit franchisee with various locations across the United States. He is married, has three kids and one dog, and has an incurable fishing habit.

Hey, meet Brian! He's a fantastic addition to our team at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, and his experience within our system is truly impressive. Starting as a mover right here in the Saint Louis office, he then ventured off to various other locations, playing a key role in spreading our brand nationwide. Brian's enthusiasm for the moving industry is infectious, and his knowledge is invaluable to us. When he's not busy at work, you'll find him out on the softball field, having a blast. And let's not forget his lovely family—his wife and three adorable kids—who bring him so much joy. Brian is a true asset to our team, and we're lucky to have him!

My name is Taylor Trim, and I have been employed with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® for over a decade. I appreciate the supportive family atmosphere and the opportunities for growth that the company offers. In my spare time, aside from spending time with my family or attending to household tasks, I enjoy golfing with friends and colleagues.

He started at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® as a mover one year ago and worked his way up to the sales team. He loves his coworkers and enjoys helping customers navigate the challenges of moving. In his free time, he enjoys watching football, trying new restaurants, and playing a variety of video games.

Hi, My name is Abdel; I am part of a great team of logistics managers. I am a father of 2 girls and one boy, with whom I spend most of my off time. I love sports, play soccer, and watch NBA and NFL whenever there is a game on. Furthermore, I also enjoy movies and weekends out with my wife and kids.

I enjoy fishing and golfing, but I spend most of my free time with my significant other. My favorite part about working at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is the strong sense of camaraderie and teamwork that we share here.

Hi, my name is Erica, and I joined TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® to begin my new career in sales. My favorite part of this job is working with the people here and helping others plan a seamless move day. On my days off, you can find me practicing yoga, playing tennis, reading or spending time with friends!

I began my journey with at a TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise in Colorado in 2021 as a mover, and when I relocated to Chicago in mid-2025, the team here made me feel right at home. Outside of work, I love exploring new experiences, picking up my guitar, or diving into books on my favorite historical topics.

I enjoy watching sports and coaching football and lacrosse, and my favorite part of this job is the opportunity to bond with my co-workers.

I enjoy biking and playing table tennis, and I value building strong relationships with my coworkers. What I enjoy most about working at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is knowing that I’ve helped make life a little easier for our customers while working alongside a great team.

Bill brings 20+ years of experience in sales and client relationship management to the Northbrook team. He’s passionate about building long-term partnerships and helping customers find reliable, high-quality moving and logistics solutions across Chicagoland. Outside of work, he enjoys playing soccer, coaching his daughters’ teams, and spending time with his family.
