Movers were very nice and quick with the move, and were very hard workers.

It is terrific that Two Men and a Truck have an office person to talk directly to as questions can be answered. The office person(Christina) was fantastic and explained everything well and has excellent customer service skills. The movers, Scott and Charles, provided a courtesy call that they were in the neighborhood and did an excellent job of explaining the move and costs. They did a terrific job! Yes, I would recommend Two Men and A Truck.

Somehow my reservation for moving got cancelled instead of confirmed causing a late arrival. Eventually, the 2 guys arrived and were helpful.

My first move was a few large items that were transported to our new home, which was being renovated, then the second move was to our storage unit.Now within a fortnight we need to move my daughter and then when my home is ready, we need the furniture etc. to be moved to our home. My only question is whether the company would take into consideration our multiple usage and reward us with a price drop. We also are spreading the word - socially and by mouth.

Overall, I had a good experience with my cross country move. My only complaint is that before I booked, I asked multiple times when my belongings would arrive at the destination and was given a clear and confident answer. This was the reason that I was able to justify paying much more for my move than I intended. Then, after everything was packed on the truck, I was told it would take an extra day. This meant an extra hotel room expense last minute, and also added more stress to the pet I travelled with. I was disappointed that there didn't seem to be much concern about this change from the people I spoke with at the company to try and sort things out. I will say that they took great care of my belongings while physically moving which was appreciated.

Your office staff, when I booked my appointment, was great to work with. I was absolutely sold when I learned you charge by the hour and not by weight. I didn't have to cross my fingers and guess at what my final bill was going to be. Fernando and Gordon were so professional and so careful with my stuff, especially considering I moved on the rainiest day in Chicago's recorded history! They were so efficient (running back from dropping off boxes), that even with two extra rooms of furniture I needed moved around, we still finished within 15 minutes of my original estimate. I am so impressed with both the scheduling staff and the two gentlemen who moved me. I won't even consider hiring anyone else (or doing it myself) on my next move. Thank you so much!

Third time I have used, and each time the men are exceptionally courteous and helpful. Worked professionally and competently to get the job done. Recommend to anyone who would need these services.

I called early on Monday Morning, I just needed some furniture moving to our basement by 10am it was all done.

We had two teams at two different locations and both of our moving teams were extremely courteous, efficient, and just a joy to work with. Everything went smoothly, they took extra care to protect our antiques. They were very accommodating once we got to the new home with moving the furniture around for us. It was a very long day, and they worked very hard and through it all they all stayed very positive and happy and we really had fun with them.
