Reported a lost item with no satisfaction. Yes, I did sign paper stating all items delivered, but was not told I had chance to andquot;walk the truckandquot;. Discovered and reported missing item with 24 hours. Person on phone indicated I had signed paper stating all things had been delivered. How could I possibly know without andquot;walking the truckandquot;. The fact that I received no follow-up or even a courtesy call leaves me with an unhappy experience. 2 Men andamp; a Truck apparently want to take no responsibility.

the only suggestion I have is that the movers wear the booties so his isn't dragged onto the floor. they moved a bed and box spring from my mom's house to mine, so it was a very small job. they brought mud in all over her floor. otherwise, great experience!

Very efficient move....The entire move was completed in 2.5 hours. Also, I forgot a dresser and the guys volunteered to made a quick trip back to the original address to pick it up. Overall it was a very painless move!

We very pleased with our interaction with the office staff as well as our two movers Thaddeus and Eddie. They did a great job of moving our furniture with a minimum of disruption. There was only one small area that was damaged but considering everything, we would ask for these two gentlemen again when we return our furniture in a week or so.
We would recommend Two Men and a Truck without reservation.

The service was remarkable! No complaint at all whatsoever. I highly recommend the company and would use them again without a second thought. We had 5 young men come to help us relocate a medical practice. In under 4 hours, 2 trucks were loaded. They helped us uninstall and remove mounted televisions and other things. They were very careful with everything they moved, boxes and furniture and even helped to fix one of our book shelves. 5 star service.

I had Enoch and Jordan move furniture off first floor to basement or 2nd floor. They were both courteous and diligent on their approach. They both had a sense of humor but in a very respectful manner making the stressful experience very pleasant. I would request them again to move it all back once the floors are finished.
My only thought on office people was that I didnandacirc;??t recall being told a charge for travel time. But I may just not have heard it.

Super service. Needed another truck andamp; 2 more staff. Supervisor came andamp; added them quickly. Very good experience. Hired because I was tired, didn't have time to shop around, andamp; office staff was direct, easy to talk to. Moving staff were super polite, super fast and had amazing work ethics. Amazing! A few things got damaged. We didn't file for reimbursement - stuff happens and we had 2 very difficult pieces which despite my cautions to office staff, were very challenging, but your guys did great as far as we were concerned. One of them needs to take better care of his back - he is young andamp; needs his back for a long time. No one is paid enough to be debilitated. Another in the additional team needs to work a bit harder. Anyhow, thanks and take care of your movers especially. Hard work!

We were extremely happy with the movers. They were prompt, polite, quick, and careful. Our furniture was moved with care and placed in the new location and set up. I would definitely recommend TWO MEN AND A TRUCK to anyone that is moving. The anxiety of moving is hard enough, but these movers made it easier. Thank you.
