The movers didn't listen to take the door and sofa leg's off so damage on wall and door and also sofa cant be in the apartment

The furniture was not protected and three pieces were damaged. Your repair company could not fully repair a dent in my Ethan Allen dining room table. The estimated completion time was way off and the price astronomical. $1,234 to move 4 bookcases a dining room set and one bedroom set and three upholstered chairs. I am writing a complaint letter to your President

The Moving Team did a good job of working quickly and efficiently to get me moved in.

Was charged extra because of an elevator. A piece of my furniture was chipped. Movers took to much time going to the truck for equipment. Otherwise the service was good.

The only thing I did not like is that I gave my credit information over the phone once. I was then asked to show card and the movers needed to write my credit card information down on the receipt. I am a bit nervous about that as my information has been compromised, in the past 3 times before. Other than that, service was great. They picked up a piano and delivered it to my home with no problems.

Jose, Marcus and Nick were outstanding! They did excellent work, were extremely professional and efficient. Extremely nice people, I enjoyed talking with them. I’m recently separated and going through a divorce- my moving team helped me get through moving into a new space, I could not have done it without their help, professionalism and humor! Thank you!!!!

The 2 men were very good in their handling of our furniture. They were very helpful and accommodating, the move although small was a very nice experience and handled very well. Thank you again and we will look to you again when we need help.

The office team gave us an estimate that was way off, which caused them to send too small a truck and moving team, which caused the move to take fifteen hours. The movers lost some pieces of our furniture, but they were hard working and nice people.
