I received a phone call saying they would be at the tail end of my 2 hour window. After waiting 1 hour past that time I called the office and left a message. No response. I then called the number that had called me earlier. He said he would call his manager. He did not call me back too quickly. I called him back. He told me while on the way to my job the manager sent him to help at another job that was a bit of a mess, He then gave me the managers number, By the time the movers came it was more than 90 minutes past the back end of my window. They did send 2 trucks but that was not the point. We also had 2 elevators reserved,one in each building. The actual movers themselves were great and very polite.

Office staff was very helpful and responded quickly to help us schedule our move in a short time frame. However, we had a terrible experience the day before our move with the packers and on moving day. Packers arrived 4 hours late due to logistical issues at dispatch center. 3 of 4 packers who arrived were not professional (discussing going out to bars and expected hook-ups with girls, slowly & randomly packing our belongings). The apartment was only partially packed and not ready for move next day. Movers showed up late and missed crucial elevator time. Moved slowly, more busy socializing at times, and only able to move out half of our belongings. Need to speak to claims person for refund.

Two men and a truck were very exceptionally great with my furniture, but I as a senior on fixed income feel that I was over charged for the moving of my late sister's furniture from Carpenter's Ville to South side of Chicago was to high. The main office said when I called on the charges that was the correct amount of payment for the moving.

The guys showed up on time. Explained their procedures. Asked if I had any specific needs. Very respectful and friendly. Move went great.

I was very happy with the service buy was disappointed that my window was 12-2 and they came to my home at 4:15. I was called and aplogized for the delay as they did not have enough people that day and did lower the price. I would use them again
