Although the office staff was trying really hard to be helpful, the communication from sales to logistics was poor. I was quoted to have 3 guys and only 2 showed up. We needed a third to handle a piano. Fortunately, Troy was able to come buy and help with the piano. I will say that the crew had an excellent attitude and work ethic for both parts of our move. Thanks to Christian, Lar (sp?), Leonard and Mike.

Only problem I had was that they were supposed to come at 1 p.m. and they came at 7 p.m. they were lovely wonderful men and they worked very very hard but at 10 at night they had to stop and could not finish because of the hours they had worked all day I got in trouble with my landlord cuz he needed me out that night it wasn't the men's fault they work diligently but they had been overbooked for the day and they never called me during the day to tell me how late they would be I don't think that's their fault I think it is the office fault
The next day they sent for men to finish the job which they did but they didn't come again until late afternoon and no one phoned me to tell me how late they would be

Overall, I would say the experience is good. My floor was scratched while unpacking (claim filed) and there was some minor damage to my dining room chairs, which could have been avoided with padded blankets.

The original booking time had to be pushed up that day because the office staff made a mistake with my time slot.
The two movers damaged and or broke three of my items as well as damage to the door where I moved out, and the door and walls where I moved in.

The moving crew was absolutely terrible. They talked more than they moved. One crew member had little experience packing and moving. He was extremely slow to wrapping our furniture, would take items down the elevator as he was moving them instead of packing the elevator. They couldn’t finish packing our apartment, left items, and I had to help them move for over three hours because they had no motivation to move anything. They were slow and chatty. I would never recommend TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. There are better services out there, such as friends and family members.

The moving team we had was great; hard working and conscientious.

Everything went better than expected with our move thanks to Two Men and a Truck. We had more items then we realized when we did the estimate and the movers handled it all with grace, ease, and speed. I have found occasions to recommend Two Men and a truck several times since our move and will continue to do so.

Poor packing. Unlabeled boxes. Lots of damaged furniture. Confused office staff that never return calls. No one answers phones with full voice mailboxes. Three days to deliver oy two hours away. The worst and i will tell everyone.

While the team showed up on time and were very friendly. I was disappointed the move took much longer then the movers told us it would take after their walk through of the apartment. The after they left we found several pieces of furniture and belongings to be damaged or broken beyond repair. Over all my experience was fine. They completed the move with no logistical issues but the damage we found to our things was very disappointing.
