Alison was great with answering questions initially regarding a quote and any further questions that came up before our move.
Our movers, Jonathan, Darren and Russ were excellent. They were professional and worked well together. They packed our belongings with great care and nothing arrived damaged. We would highly recommend Two Men and A Truck and would use their services for a future move.

The service was wonderful from the get go. The estimate was explained thoroughly and scheduling was flexible. The movers arrived promptly and even provided a courtesy text to let is know they were on their way. They were courteous, careful and professional.

Showed up two hours late, moved very slowly, there was only one person, out of 3, who seemed to know what they were doing.

The worst move of my entire life. - i will never use you again and i am going to make sure that my friends don't use you. my window was 10 to 12 and you didn't show up till after 3 - by the time you were done it was almost 9 - one of the guys didn't even know what to do without the other guy telling him. apparently you think that customers have nothing to do all day but wait for you. in addition they were rough on my furniture. you should be ashamed of yourself that you even charged me.

I was quoted 2 movers for 7 hrs. I ended up with 5 movers for 11 hrs. There was no way move would have been finished same day if I didn’t have extra movers. Crew led by Jay was enthusiastic & super friendly even though I was their third move of a 90+ degree day. They started at 1:30pm move was competed at 10:45pm. We had some damage to walls & floor was scratched during move, but Jay proactively took pictures to document damage & said office would get back to me about it. Unfortunately, it is almost 2 weeks post move & although I texted feedback last week & added small scratch on the screen of my 1 year old 4K tv & broken lamp base to damage list, I still haven’t heard back from anyone about drywall damages, 2 ft scratch on floor & tv plus broken base on one lamp. Disappointed in f/u.

Movers were very courteous and professional as was the office staff.

The moving team was very respectful and took care to make sure our property was properly protected during the move. I’d use them again.

I am still in the process of negotiating details of reimbursement on the details of my 6/30/2018-7/1/2018 move. I have asked how to proceed to supply details of damage to residence and property, horribly inadequate time estimate provided by TMAAT, unanticipated overnight storage fees, etc, but still have not gotten a response. Even info saying "we're really busy, we'll get back to you," would be helpful. I initiated communication on the move's problems on the day of the move, and info on damages less than 24 hours after the move ended. I have retained pictures of damage and info on my phone calls to TMAAT during this process. I hope we can resolve this satisfactorily and without litigation, and in a relatively timely manor. You keep charging my credit card. Please stop.

The guys did not complain and was very very positive in the 98 degree weather. Definitely will recommend. Good team

Movers took too long

One guy was on his cell phone with one hand and unscrewing a table top with another

One guy had no energy and wasn't into the move and is the one who broke my wife's vanity

The cost was ridiculous and a consequence of how poorly the guys moved things along.

They were not educated and had difficulty moving some items.

On a positive - Taylor from customer service came by after the move was completed with an associate to complete moving a couch into the room it was supposed to go into that the movers could not complete. He also handled my wifes broken vanity issue fast and efficiently.
