My only complaint is that you should send more movers!!! Being told -after the fact- that we could have called and requested more staff on the day of the move was not at all helpful. A professional service should be able to better provide the appropriate number of movers to make the move MUCH less time consuming. The mover that worked with us were kind, professional and very motivated . But they should have had at LEAST two more staff to complete the job. Expecting the customer- not a professional mover at all- to estimate the number of movers needed??? Not good.

Our movers were scheduled to arrive at 2:30 pm but they did not arrive until 4:40 pm. I realize that we were moving on 31 July, quite possibly the busiest day of the year for movers, but the 2+ hour delay was still very inconvenient as our building typically prohibits moving or furniture work after 5 pm. However, as for the actual team that arrived - who I recognize had no fault in the delay - they were amazing. Their attitude was optimistic, helpful, and they showed no signs of weariness or fatigue. In addition to doing a spectacular job, they were speedy, resourceful, and very friendly. They made the otherwise stressful task of moving much easier to bear.

My movers had quite a few obstacles during this move and they handled them wonderfully. I am very satisfied with the service they provided.

There was a miscommunication between sales rep and movers . Wrote down only 1box and 13 pieces . When there was 2 bedrooms , 1 bathroom full of stuff . Driver was a little inexperienced with packing truck . Other 2 movers did an exceptional job considering they were expecting a small load . But handle my stuff with good care. Wasn’t expecting the move to take as long as it did or as expensive . Guys we’re very polite to make up for the driver not knowing how to load and telling me my stuff wouldnt fit . I still put stuff in 2 other cars and still stuff left in my apartment. So I think they should of offered me a discount or got a bigger truck .

Jacob, Mike Medina and Lang were great! They moved everything for me quickly and without any issues. I would highly recommend these guys!

My car broke down the night before my moving day, so it was very stressful time to say the least but the mover team made my day! Jeff was absolutely great and the other two guys of whom I know the name but I don’t want to misspell them, were also great! They showed so much respect and care for our belongings. Jeff kept saying how they were there to help and they did. They even helped to put stuff in our car and to fix the boxes on our storage unit, I don’t know if they normally do that but that made us feel like every customer wants to feel, special and cared for. So thank you so much! We are definitely using this service again, worth every penny!

I have moved about 10 times in my life and this has been the most expensive ($30k) and most unpleasant and disappointing experience. I opted for full packing done by 2 men and a truck and it was done so poorly and without care. Movers damaged walls and door frames. Glass was broken, light fixtures, floor lamps etc. A real disaster.

The two gentlemen who did the packing and moving were outstanding. They were very patient with my move and went way above and beyond what they originally planned for. The were extremely courteous and extra helpful. Two Men and a Truck made a very stressful move much more bearable -- I don't know what I would have done without them! Thank you very much, Two Men and a Truck!!

The experience was very smooth especially on a stressful day. I loved the fact that the same two movers would accompany our belongings the entire trip and unload. This is a main factor why we chose this company,

Brandon, Joe, and Mario were great!! I was moving into a new building on the 3rd floor and the elevators were not working properly so the guys had to hall everything up the stairs. Not once did they complain or slow the process down. Best move I've ever had. Thanks again!!!
