I worked with Zain Lone to set up the move. He is a very energetic young man and very helpful with answering my questions. The movers, Brandon and Milan were a great moving team. Very friendly, very careful to tag everything properly, and very fast (even with having a small storage unit full of stuff). Anxious to see how the transportation to AZ works out!

I am frustrated with the payment portion, since there is a pre approved round up amount that gets taken out, that is higher than my bill, but no refund has been put through yet for the difference dollar amount. Will be patient.

The price to move a 1 bedroom apartment within the same city is so steep. I don’t think this I’ll recommend this company again. I’m sure I’d have saved a couple of hundreds elsewhere.

i was very disappointed with my experience with two men and a truck. i felt completely taken advantage of by the movers who were assigned to us. i was given an estimate of $350 with the max of about $550. my move ended up being $850. half of my property was left at my old apartment, in the hallway and my apartment left completely open. it was a complete mess to an already stressful move.
