The movers seamed a little inexperienced with decisions and handling the big items. They were slow at times. I had to help with some things to get the situation moving. I would still go with you guys. This move was difficult for two people. I did not have a lot of items but going up to 4th floor with regular elevator was a grind. Only thing also is I was just looking for the guys to take over because they are the experts and suggest things to make move go smoother.

Three guys and a truck showed up on time and moved me into my new condo. They were the greatest guys and I really appreciated everything they did.

Movers were great. They were very willing to help in any they could and worked well as team.

Had one large item to move and these guys did a great job.

Clarissa from the office was awesome. We had to be very flexible about the move date because my Aunt was being moved from a medical rehab unit to assisted care. We had no control over the date. Clarissa was right there with me, helping me when I needed to change the dates. Great attitude.
Our move team was very respectful of my Aunt's property. Jake explained everything to me. Her home was protected before they wrapped furniture and moved. They were upbeat and respectful. Great service.
I also got a call during the move asking if I was happy with the service. I was. Thank you for moving my Aunt quickly and efficiently. Everything was set up and I was able to quickly unpack her. The apartment was ready for her in the late afternoon.

I have used 2-Men andamp; A Truck 3-times the past...and each time my moving experience was exceptional. The guys came in, took inventory, and moved everything without any trouble at all...They were professional, well manner and did not break anything that was not already broken before they arrived. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs or wants professional moving help...My move went so smoothly and quick as quoted

Darell, Brandon, and Steven were great. They were extremely courteous, diligent, and made the entire experience stress-free. Joanne was a pleasure to speak with and was incredibly helpful every step of the way. I will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks everyone.

Office staff was helpful. However, the overall experience with the moving team was terrible. The movers were not organized. My belongings were not handled with care and damage resulted. Did you send an inexperienced team to move my belongings?

Grossly underestimated by more than 2/3 addt'l hours. My new home was damaged in numerous places and many of my home goods were severely damaged and or broken. I've been charged addt'l fees w/out authorization and have been passed around personnel. Lots of excuses- no apologies or resolution. I will
never revommrnd this company. I am so sad and disappointed.

The two guys that helped my mother move were fantastic. They went out of her way to help her as this is a rough time in her life moving in with her daughter due to my father passing. They made her cry tears of joy because they listened and carefully handled her items.
