It began with the scheduling of the move. The representative could not process my credit card information for the deposit after about 5 minutes. She explained that her Manager would be calling me shortly to process the deposit. I never received a call.
The move was scheduled for a two-men crew at the Schaumburg location. The day before my move they called and cancelled. The three messages left were:
• The truck broke down
• Unfortunately, we cannot complete your move. We don’t have another truck.
• If you can change the date.
I was not offered another option. I dropped to my knees and after I picked myself up. I called every mover in the Elgin and surrounding communities. As if moving isn't stressful enough. At such a short notice every reputable company was book

I am very happy with my move with Two Men and a Truck! Justin, Dillan, and Isaiah were great - even taking extra care to get a sofa out of my apartment when it would quite fit through the doorway. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck for future movers!

The office staff was knowledgeable and made the process very simple. The moving crew was excellent. They kept a great attitude despite the horrible heat wave and were very quick with move.
