While I have used 2 Men and a Truck several times and I have always been thrilled with the service, I have to say that I am really disappointed in the pricing for moving a piano 15 feet within my home. I was charged for 4 men for 2 hours. 5 men showed up. 2 picked up the piano, put it on a 4 wheel cart and moved it in less than 2 minutes. It took longer for me to pay than it took to move it!

Shelly we understand that the pricing for something like this may not always seem to make sense. Having the extra movers is a way for us to ensure we have safety procedure in place. Without the minimum pricing, we would not be able to offer this service to our customers. If you have additional concerns, please call our office at 217-398-2636.

Already left a review on Facebook. Other than a couple (less than 5) ending up in the wrong room, this was very minor. Your crew was polite, respectful, fast. We will need them again to remove things from a storage place.

My sister & I had the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER, using Two Men And A Truck to move our mothers furniture & possessions! All three men were very professional, as they carefully wrapping items with blankets & plastic AND moved each piece with great care.

I am very displeased with your service. I have scratches and scars in my house, items were not placed in the correct room, items were not put back together properly, items that were taken apart were placed in separate rooms which I had to move a second time, empty water bottles throw in the yard, trash left all over the house, several items damaged during the move, hardware lost from items.
