The office crew was efficient, friendly and helpful. They seem like they really went to two help and make this a successful move. They were honest about times and expectations, which means we all have to be allow wiggle room. Perfect.
The moving crew were responsible, respectful and quick. They brought some mud in on a trolley and they scrubbed the carpet, no problem. All is well. Great service

It was not made clear to me when estimate was provided that I would be left on my own to figure out how to move any remaining items that didn’t fit on the truck. The crew did a fabulous job packing as much as they could for the one trip, but about 5 van/pickup loads were left. I’m not strong enough to move large items, that’s why I hired movers. I’d say the estimator failed to assess the job.

Josie, I do apologize, it looks there was some miscommunication with the estimator when he was out to assess what you had to be moved. There were several items not being moved by us.
