The reason for the acceptable responses it was a little unclear that we absolutely needed to confirm again that we wanted the service. I called on a Monday for service. I clearly stated that I wanted to go ahead and schedule the service because we had no other time to do it. When I received the first email it was unclear that it was just a 'pre-order' and that my service was not confirmed and that I needed to confirm it again. Wasn't my call to schedule in the first place confirmation enough? Either way it was only a miscommunication and it all worked out in the end. I would make certain in the email that you MUST respond or service will be cancelled. Also, we live less than 10 minutes from your office. I was told cost was from the time they left/return. Josh, Jiovanni and Travis were a great moving team. They were efficient and communicated clearly with myself and the woman who's house we moved the bunk bed from. Josh was an excellent leader and his experience with moving items definitely showed. He also had a great personality and sense of humor which is an added bonus. This is probably the best experience I've had with Two Men & A Truck thus far and I will definitely use them to move large household items again. Thank you for a pleasant moving experience.

Every person i talked to was incredibly helpful and the crew did the move perfect and fast! Our equipment moved was expensive and heavy so it made us happy that they took extra precautions to make sure everything was secure.

I have slight remorse because the cost ended up being more than I thought but it would. I, unfortunately, have been wheel chair bound for several weeks and several more to go! I didn’t have much of a choice so I’m glad Two Men had what I needed. Just wish it wouldn’t have been quite so much.

The team had so much expertise in wrapping and moving our things. They did not waste time and did a wonderful job. We could not have done it without them. They were all very polite, kind, fun to be around and very professional. **I had explained to the office that the safe was to go from the garage to the basement, not once but twice, however the team was not aware and wasted their efforts on moving it to the truck, then had to remove and take to the basement. Other than that we were more than impressed with a wonderful job well done.

The team we had was absolutely wonderful! They were very quick and vigilant while moving furniture and were done taking stuff out of the old and into the new within an hour! Im still mind blown by that.
