It was not made clear to me when estimate was provided that I would be left on my own to figure out how to move any remaining items that didn’t fit on the truck. The crew did a fabulous job packing as much as they could for the one trip, but about 5 van/pickup loads were left. I’m not strong enough to move large items, that’s why I hired movers. I’d say the estimator failed to assess the job.
Response
Josie, I do apologize, it looks there was some miscommunication with the estimator when he was out to assess what you had to be moved. There were several items not being moved by us. We do apologize and if we can discuss this further with you we'd be happy to. Thank you for your feedback and I will pass this information along to our estimator. Thank you again for your business!

Both movers were great. I couldn’t have asked for a better team. I didn’t see them stop once. Very well done.

The whole team was wonderful to work with. Every person in the office I talked to was a delight and made me feel super comfortable with the process. On the day of the move Austin and Tyrell were wonderful. Even in the pouring rain on a cold and windy day, they took care to make sure everything was handled with care and my floors were well protected. I can’t understate how wonderful everyone was!

The woman in the office was very friendly and answered all my questions. She did a great job scheduling my appointment. The three young men that came out were very professional, were efficient, and worked very hard. This was a great experience. It has been my experience that two men and a truck is a tp notch business.
