I was disappointed that when they arrived they had no tools in the trucks to help take apart the bed. An hour was removed from my total for the inconvenience and later another 30 minutes removed because it was so hot and humid out the gents had to take a couple breaks to avoid heat exhaustion. Overall, I was very happy with Joseph and Scott, they allowed me to be the control freak I tend to be and put up with my 8 million questions. I feel that they did very well considering the circumstances.

Chi and Moses did an awesome job! They were friendly and courteous, and worked carefully but quickly. The office staff were polite and helpful. I had a very good experience and would use Two Men and a Truck again.

I used Two Men and a Truck twice to move into a temporary location and then transfer everything to a permanent place. Both crews did an excellent job, despite the hot days, and were a pleasure to work with! I will definitely call them again the next time I need to move.

Mike and JT were my movers. The were so personable, professional and an absolute joy to work with. Very helpful plus awesome and fun attitudes. I’ve moved about a dozen times in my life; this was the WORST experience I’ve ever had. The office schedule only 2 movers, the lead TJ was incompetent and whines incessantly. After 12 hours, the move was not completed and considerable damage was done to the rental out of which I was moving. The supervisor jared endless excuses and did little to mitigate the issues until very late in the move. He was also rude when I called the next morning about beds that were not put back together. He has promised to make reparations for damages— that remains to be done. I will NEVER use this company again nor would I recommend them to my worst enemy. The difference set of workers who came the next day to finish the move were excellent!

I rate poor for office because although she was very nice, our move was dropped from the schedule and she continually called me the wrong name although I repeatedly corrected her (it's Anne, not Lynn). Kim could benefit by taking a breath and listening a little better instead of rushing to and thinking about the answer. The only reason I didn't rate the movers appearance as excellent was they needed a towel for sweat. It was very hot and humid. I think it would be in Two Men's best interest to provide their guys sweat towels in the summer. They did their best, but you can't fix biology. The guys were still very jovial and kind, despite the heat. They also were very aware of their back lifting safety, and the security of our belongings.
