I only had one problem with your company though. I gave them my cell phone number so they had that information . I lived in a apartment complex and they made the Fatal mistake of calling the landlord and informing them that they were coming to pick up my stuff and I had not told the landlord that I was moving yet. so I was very upset with that situation. The landlord then in turn called me and was not nice to me because I had not told her first. I did call your company and report this and I still cannot understand or know how they got my landlord's phone number. Please advise your people to be more careful who they call about a customer's pending moving date or details concerning the situation.

We are blown away by Two Men's willingness to help with our event every year! The office staff and moving team are always incredibly easy to work with. We have had the same two guys for our moving team two years in a row and they just really get it. Always in a good mood and they need very little explanation to get the job done right. I had to move some equipment from one facility to another. I called Two men and a truck to see what it would cost. They sent me a quote and because of construction delays I had to push back my time over a month. They still honored the original quote and got me right back in when I asked them too. Very pleased with their service.

The positive attitude and work ethics of movers really made for a pleasant move. We could find no damage on any furniture. Definitely will plan to use Two men and a Truck again when we move again in 3-4 months.

I was extremely impressed with the service all around. The movers had great senses of humor, were flexible with us and so very polite. They were efficient and quick. I would highly recommend them. That being said... In any move, mishaps can happen - see below:

I did find a crack in an antique mirror and scratches and a split in a china hutch, and when I told the office person about it, she said I'd get a phone call about it 'by tomorrow at the latest'. It's tomorrow and I've not heard from them...

Lawrence and Travis were my movers and they were excellent. They worked together very well and kept each other smiling and made the day very pleasant. They were courteous and professional and made the day very easy. I would highly recommend them specifically and would definitely use two men and a truck again based on my great experience!
