Was very pleased with the courtesy of all personal involved in my move, from the time I first contacted someone to the end of my move. Everyone was very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful when I had questions concerning my move. No one seemed to think any of my questions were trivial. As this was the first move I have had to handle on my own, since losing my husband, it was great to be treated with respect, and explaining the process so well to me. I would highly recommend your firm to others. Joan

We have used TWO MEN AND A TRUCK on previous moves, and they worked out very well. The team you sent to move us this time was very polite and thorough, and treated our furniture and property with respect. The movers were kind and very polite, taking very good care of the home we moved out of, and the home we moved into. They were so helpful putting things where we needed them, and rearranging if necessary. We hope not to move again, but I would definitely take this team of movers again, along with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK.

Overall excellent experience the only glitch was I set up the service weeks in advance on the day of the move I called the office and was told they did not have us their list. They ended up being able to send two guys over to unload our truck.

Excellent experience from all aspects. Amber from the office was effective and friendly in answering all our questions and arranging the logistics of the move. The moving team of Aaron, Shane and Zane were great to work with. Very efficient and careful with our furniture, friendly and flexible to meet all our needs. I have no negative comments at all. They worked quickly, yet carefully, and I feel we received maximum benefit at a very fair price. I would highly recommended Two Men and a Truck in Waterloo to others.
