Kim in the office was ALWAYS HELPFUL when we needed more boxes or called
My paperwork said the movers would arrive between 8-9 am for a one day move. At 930, I called to see where they were, and was told they were coming at 11. Not acceptable! they arrived around 1030, and did help make up for it by adding an additional mover for free and giving me free time, but it still set the day behind for the men doing the moving. A ceiling fan was broken during the move, and is being looked at for replacement...I had an appointment on 5/23 at 11 for Jared in the office to come look at it, and he was also late for this. I had to call to find out where he was (30 minutes late). Jared just keeps saying "it's the scheduling" as his excuse.
